I’m working on the page, and whenever I add elements and save them, avia deletes them
its happened 3 times now

Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.0.4, and deactivate all plugins to see if it still happens.

I prefer updating themes via FTP. Instructions can be found in the link i posted :)Best regards,
