    Hello Support-Team,

    We use the Media-Element “Google Map” in our contact-page but it looks no good. There is a strange grid.

    Would you please be so kind and have a look? We would like to have the map like your sample-page http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/pages/contact/

    I give you our web-address in the private section.

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    I’m sorry, but this didn’t help. There are only the main plugins and they are all updated.

    our Backend say “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.2.3)”.

    It’s not possible to change this.

    Hi!

    Update: The below css in your custom css section is causing the box shadow to appear behind each google maps square:

    img {
box-shadow: 3px 3px 10px #1e1e1e;
}

    Commenting out or deleting the above css will remove the box shadow.

    We don’t associated the misrepresentation of the google map with that entry in our custom-css.
