The gallery you linked to is displaying fine on my end, did you try to load the page in an incognito or private window in your browser? If that doesn’t help then please post a screenshot highlighting the problem.
Best regards,

I’ve made you a new user. see belowSeptember 30, 2020 at 4:45 pm #1249699Hi KateProudman,
Images added to the library should be of the same size, it’s not going to work properly when they have different sizes and aspect ratios.

VictoriaSeptember 30, 2020 at 6:38 pm #1249731Hi Victoria,
I’ve been running this website for 3 1/2 years and this has never been an issue before. Why has it suddenly changed? or what has changed?October 1, 2020 at 3:02 pm #1249890Hi again Victoria, this is a serious issue for us as we show work by artists in our galleries and cannot dictate the format that they work in. These galleries were the reason we chose Enfold.
Can you or anyone suggest a solution?October 2, 2020 at 1:12 pm #1250045Hi I’ve sorted the problem myself. The WordPress update has affected the Avia gallery format, but I’ve managed to correct it by changing the gallery settings in Styling >Gallery Preview Image Size > square 180 x 180 . There are no more gaps!
ThanksOctober 2, 2020 at 1:55 pm #1250075Hi,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardOctober 2, 2020 at 2:33 pm #1250093Hi Rikard, I’d like to know what the WordPress update did? but merely out of curiosity…
October 3, 2020 at 1:55 pm #1250322Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what the WordPress update did exactly to be honest with you, but if what you did worked then please continue using that setting.

RikardOctober 8, 2020 at 12:03 pm #1251389Hi Rikard,
Its really been a lot of work!! I’ve had to go through all our galleries (hundreds – still not finished) and change them to
Gallery Preview Image Size: Square 180 x 180
If anyone else is struggling! This seems a real disadvantage of Enfold and I’m afraid we won’t be able to use it in future. We can’t ask our artists to produce work in only one format!
October 10, 2020 at 3:55 am #1251771Hi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry again for the problem. Do you know what settings you had in the galleries which didn’t work, or were broken? I could be that we made some changes to the gallery element, and that your settings got lost because of that. I would have to verify that with our developer though. If that was the case, then you should only have to do this manually once, it shouldn’t happen on the next update.
Best regards,
Rikard -
