Hi there,
I’m thinking about switching from the Advanced Layer Slider to the Fullscreen Slider, because the former just wouldn’t display right on mobiles. I tried every possible setting, including “responsive” and “full screen”, unless you turn your mobile in vertical position, you can barely make out anything.
The Fullscreen Slider doesn’t seem to have the same issue.
I incorporated the Fullscreen Slider on a test page and have played a bit with it. See below.
Question: Is it possible to move the entire container holding the caption header, content, and button a bit more to the left? Let’s say roughly 60-80px?
Question: I’d also like to increase the space between the caption header and caption text. Is there a way to add some padding for instance at the bottom of the caption header and/or on top of the caption text without the whole thing getting out of whack?
As always, I’d appreciate any pointers.
Many thanks

January 30, 2018 at 4:44 am #904607Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can set the Layer Slider > Slider Settings > Layout > Slider Type to “Full Size” if you want it to have a lot of space on mobile view. It’s almost the same as the full screen slider with more options.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 30, 2018 at 2:01 pm #904888Thanks for getting back to me Ismael. I tried this setting and it didn’t yield any acceptable results. I’m currently working with the responsive setting again.
Anyways, just for the sake of argument, I’m disappointed with how the Advanced Layer Slider performs on mobile devices, in particular on smart phones. I looked at how other sites implement sliders and found that most sliders typically show only a portion of the background, whereas text layers are increased in size to improve readability.
January 31, 2018 at 6:42 am #905380Hi,
The layer slider’s responsive mode preserves the aspect ratio of the slide so expect it to behave like that on smaller screens. One workaround is to disable the layer slider on mobile view and then insert another full screen slider. Use the full screen slider’s Screen Options so that it’s only visible on mobile view.
Best regards,

Many thanks for sharing; You guys rock;
