    Hi! I’ve a problem: Avia Builder is stuck on preload, without any possibility of page modification. I’ve tried do disable all the plug in to be sure that there aren’t conflicts, but nothing was changed.
    How can we fix it?
    Please let me know if you need any other informations about the website or login credentials…

    Hey gandreatta91,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Have you tried updating the theme to version 5.6.2? After the update, please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. This will regenerate the scripts and stylesheets. Additionally, don’t forget to purge the cache to ensure that the changes take effect.

    Yes that’s the current version of the theme. I did all the passages you mentioned but nothing changed…
    How can we procede now?

    Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you temporarily deactivate all plugins? If not, then please share server error logs and FTP login details with us.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see any theme errors in there, and there are no errors in the browser console either, so we don’t have any clues to go on unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can see what is going wrong please?

    Hi Rikard, thank you for your support. I’ve found another bug on this problem. When I tried to create a new page Avia apparently worked, but I’ve an error 403 when I try to save. After that I discovered that on the existent pages I can add elements but they goes aver the loading, but ofter that I’ve error 403 for saving. Today I’ve tried to reinstall Enfold with FTP but nothing changed.
