September 17, 2015 at 8:10 pm #505108Hi, I’ve tried troubleshooting some problems I’ve had with Avia within Enfold. @Yigit has been helpful at suggesting some solutions, but none so far work. The problem is this: I go in to edit my front page. The Avia layout builder displays my available elements (Layout, Content, Media) BUT the section under, where I expect to see the current elements on my page displays a continuous loading icon. Nothing ever loads. When I first saw this and waited, I pushed “Publish” in hopes that this would refresh. Big mistake. Now the page is down (except for the header and footer). Troubleshooting already attempted:
-Deactivated all plugins. This did not solve the problem.
-Upgraded to version 3.3.2. This did not solve the problem.
-Insert a piece of debug code onto the functions.php file. This did not solve the problem. My site has been down for nearly 8 hours. I desperately need the site back up and running. Please help as soon as possible. Thanks,
MichaelSeptember 17, 2015 at 9:08 pm #505138The latest: I’ve dragged and dropped a new element onto the ever-loading panel, a full screen slider. I loaded the slider with 5 pics, it works fine. I published. The new slider shows up. I tried to restore to a previous revision of the site – one i KNOW worked. Went to edit again – and the old problems resurfaces. I believe this means that there is something in the old content – BUT I WANT TO AVOID BUILDING THE SITE FROM SCRATCH. Mostly because I don’t know what all was there. PLEASE, somebody from @Kriesi ASSIST ME. Please. Thanks,
MichaelSeptember 17, 2015 at 9:25 pm #505142Hey Michael, If you can provide us a working FTP login, we will solve the issue. Without it, it does not seem possible as your website throws permission errors. Cheers!
 YigitSeptember 17, 2015 at 9:40 pm #505148@Yigit — see below September 18, 2015 at 3:03 am #505194I think I am in this same boat. Started a new topic. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/content-disappears-from-avia-layout-builder-on-saveupdate/ Need help desperately. September 18, 2015 at 2:04 pm #505504@Yigit — See below — I’m still having some functionality issues. September 21, 2015 at 9:33 am #506293Hey!
@SmoovP: Glad the advance layout builder is now working on your installation. It’s probably a cache issue.
@mbroooshkey: Aside from the ftp login credentials, we also need to access the dashboard to test the advance layout builder. Please post those details here as well. I tested some of the login credentials you provided on the previous post but they are not working. Also, try to check the Settings > General panel. Make sure that the url in the WordPress Address (URL) and the Site Address (URL) fields are completely the same. Best regards,
