Hello,
I´ve created my wordpress site and uploaded ENFOLD theme with one of the Demos, the travel one.
When I create a new page, I use the Avia editor, but when I create a block and add an image, or a slider and I save it, it doesn´t show any of the images thet I have uploaded.
Example: http://pap.fexideas.com/pap-test-1/
Yoy should see an image above the two columns.
And if I replace one of the images that is beeing use in one of the pages of the demo, for example “Welcome” it start to fail with error 500.
I had to reinstall all wordpress to fix it, so now it is working without any modifications on the demo pages.
Privately you can see my credentials and try to udpate the “Welcome” page with Avia Editor.
ThanksOctober 6, 2016 at 7:10 am #695869Hey DiegoVargasFEX,
I tried to login to the wp-admin with the default url however it gives a 404 error would you mind providing a precise link to login to the wp admin of your site so we can investigate this issue :)
Best regards,
VinayOctober 6, 2016 at 1:34 pm #696011Hello Vinay,
Yes I´m sorry, I deleted everything and tried again, and I still have the same problem.
What I´ve done is to create a new worpdress website with a different name, database name and added the enfold theme to activate.
Please try your self to activate it, import the Travel Demo and try to create a new page with an image or slider to see the problem.
Or if you don´t want to import the demo, just activate the Theme, and create a page with an image slider, or other image component.
Every time I did it, I had the same problem, Images are not showing, not even in the editor, and when I try to modify the Enfold Travel Demo, I get Error 500Thanks
October 10, 2016 at 3:12 pm #697389Hi,
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
YigitOctober 11, 2016 at 2:52 pm #697893Hello Yigit,
My service provider tells me that thay can not do that because it is in a shared server.
So I hope there is another way to solve this, please.
ThanksOctober 13, 2016 at 8:27 am #698609Hi!
We visited the test page but it doesn’t exist so we created our own test page and the advance layout builder is working. However, the images are removed once we update the page. This is the first time that we encountered such issue so we installed a debugging plugin and we found out that the PHP version is very old, 5.2. Please ask your hosting provider to upgrade the PHP version to 5.4 or later.
Best regards,
