    Hi,
    I get in contact because when i tried to edit a portfolio post in the theme, the avia editor is not shown.. It keeps loading but the info is not showed.

    We have this issue to due to updating WordPress to 4.2, but not the theme files as that broke our site (another topic). As a temp fix, on pages using the Avia site builder click on the “Media Elements” tab, then click Reload on your browser. The site builder then loads for us.

    Hope that works for you.

    Hey!

    Make sure Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.2.3, and deactivate all plugins while testing. If it’s happening on just one post and not others then try deleting the post and recreate it.

    If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    My Avia editor is also not displaying. Update to Enfold says it’s the latest, but is 3.2.2.

    (Edit. Clicking Media Elements tab and then refreshing the browser DID make it show up. Nice trick, but is there a fix?)

    HI, i am stilling trying to do everiting you advice, but the avia editor isn´s working, it keeps loading on items portfolios. i have sent you on private messages the WordPress login. Please, can i have a solution?

    Hey!

    Could you try to deactivate you active plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? It that doesn’t work, then please try to overwrite your theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Make sure to back up your installation before doing this.
