Hi,
I have Enfold 3.8, without the API KEY registered from 2016.
I try to edit my pages and avia editor its all time loading, imposible to come into the editor, never finish loading with the circle moving.
Now I bought at Themeforest the Enfold Theme in order to update to the latest version and register and api KEY. I created my Token, and put the private key with my user in WordPress Them update. But still the same. No update, and Avia editor always loading…
If I try to install the new theme it says me that it is timed out :O
Need help!!! I want my enfold theme updated to the latest version on my WordPRess and I need the Avia editor working !

Thank you for the inquiry.
The auto update in the current version (3.8) will no longer work, so you have to update the theme or upload it to your server manually via FTP. Make sure to create a site backup before doing so. And after the update, toggle the Performance > File Compression settings or disable it temporarily, then purge the cache.

Perfect!! I uploaded the theme to my server vía the ftp program that you send me in the guide attached before and now I have the theme uploaded to the latest versión and I made then the Token Key in themeforest to register the theme and now the Avia Editor its working perfect! So thank you :)
The only thing I did not understand its where the Performance key its for managing the File Compression settings.
But everything its working perfect now, so maybe i do not need to do this?

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what you mean by performance key? The file compression settings under Enfold->Performance should be accessible without any special codes or keys.

I meant i dont find this menú, Im spanish and have wordpress in spanish.

Glad to know that the builder is now working. I am not sure what Performance is in Spanish, but according to Google Translate, the translation is “Rendimiento”. You can also check the screenshot below for reference. That is where you will find the File Compression settings.

IsmaelI have 22 Enfold themes I purchased from Themeforest and since Themeforest changed from the API key confirmation to the Token, I can’t get any of my sites to update on enfold. When I updated wordpress to the latest version, some of my sites fullwidth easy slider has disappeared along with the header. I need a link, video, etc on how to successfully get my token, what radio buttons to click (there is about 20 options so I can get my sites updated to the latest version of Enfold. Here is an example in private content,
