    Hi there-
I’m having a concerning issue when editing pages created with the Avia Advanced editor:
    – Page created using the Avia Editor (many blocks/sections created)
    – When returning to the page (Edit mode), only a subset of content blocks are visible
    – Page “Preview” displays many other elements not visible in Edit view (so data appears to be there)
    – I reviewed threads about disabling WP5 Block editor; have switched back and forth, no change/fix

    Site is running:
    WP v5.5.1
Enfold Child Theme based on Enfold Parent v4.7.6.4

Note: we have seen similar issues when trying to create blog posts… may or may not be related?

We are on a deadline for a release and any guidance/help would be much appreciated.

    thanks!
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

I tried to login using the credentials you gave however it returns this error:

Error: The password you entered for the username is incorrect.

    Please check.
Also, I can verify that you are using Enfold 4.7.6.4 therefore the jQuery Migrate won’t be an issue, however, please try to temporarily disable all plugins and switch from child theme to parent (Enfold) theme and see if the issues are resolved, if yes, try switching back to the child theme and enabling the plugins one by one and check to know which one is causing the issue.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
