    Hi.

    I have a problem is this website, made with Enfold: https://www.mistralpapeleria.es

    When I want to edit page, posta and portfolio item, the web don´t charge (only a black screen)

    Could you hep me please?

    Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if there may not be a scripting conflict?

    Thank you, the problem was the Plugin Clasic Editor. I delete this and activated the own classic editor of ENFOLD.

    Sorry Jordan, thank you for your help. But I think that there is a problem in this website.

    Sometimes the images don´t apear. And other big problem is that I´m try to download a plug from wordpress interface, and don´t show nothing.

    Could you help me please?

    Hi,

    I can’t see any missing images on your site, how can we reproduce the problem. Also, what does download a plug from WordPress interface mean?

    My clients Avia Layout Builder isn’t working. I am getting the circle of death. I have uploaded the latest Enfold theme and nothing has changed. Added credentials to this post as well. Thanks in advance.

    I attached filed with the errors.

    The firs problem is that I can´t upload a plugin (See attached file – Only a infinite wheel.

    The second problem is that I can´t edit the pages (see attached file. A white screen)

    Hi Rikard, I sen new attached filed with the errors.

    For example: erro1.jpg show image dessapear (but when update again the page, the images appears) I don´t Know ¡¡ (portfolio galley)

    erro2.jpg show another error with image dessapear (again the image appear with update) same ¡¡ (portfolio entry)

    erro3.jpg show the whell updating, but I can´t edit the page. If update again, I can update…

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    We can’t reproduce the issue on our end. The images in the gallery are displaying properly and there are no errors in the console. Is this fixed?

    Hi Ismael, thank you for your reply.

    I’ve tried it from Chrome and it works, you’re right. Now all the images appear.
    The problem caused me when I worked with WordPress from Safary.

    I do not understand, but hey, from now on I’ll work with Chrome.
