    Hi,

    I’ve added a button on my homepage. It is not working on mobile devices. I have no parallax. could you help me?

    Hi Basilis,

    On the header/slider on the homepage I’ve added via avia builder a button.

    Is this enough information. I did nothing more.

    Hi,

    Just to be clear, you mean the one reading “RESERVEREN KLIK HIER”, correct? It works fine on my end using iphone4/chrome. On what device/browser are you having problems?

    Hi Rikard,

    Yes that’s the button I meant. It only doesn’t work with iphone5.

    I can’t seem to open the page. Did you check it on any other mobile device? Do you have retina display on your iPhone 5?

    Hi,

    Yes I have retina display on my iphone5. The button works on iphone6. On tablets it also works fine. Only iPhone5 till now.

    I’ll trie that. But in the meantime I have another question. On my reservation page I have an I frame that doesn’t scale on my mobile. The link itself is scalable but in the iframe it doesn’t. Do you now why?

    Can I do that without any troubles?
    I’ve overwrite header.php, framework folder, config-templatebuilder and config-layerslider.

    But nothing changes till now

    That is the default behaviour of embedded contents. It will require a few modifications to make it responsive. Please refer to this link: http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/02/making-embedded-content-work-in-responsive-design/

    1 Thank you for this great link. Very handy. But it doesn’t work in my case. Is it possible that the iframe content isn’t responsive?

    2 I have updated the theme now, but button still not works. What can I do?

    Hey!

    1.) Yes, that is possible. Please provide the embedded url.

    2.) We will report this issue to Kriesi. It seems to be an issue on mobile devices with retina displays. Rest assured that the buttons will work on other mobile devices.

    EDIT: Please try to add this code in the Quick CSS field to fix the button:

    .avia_mobile #top .av-parallax { position: absolute !important; }

    Remove browser cache then reload the page.

    The strange this I noticed is that when I put an extra text below the button it works also. But this is a better solution.
