Hi guys, i ´ve been having troubles with the avia builder since the beggining with this site. First, not saving content randomly https://kriesi.at/support/topic/bug-not-saving-content/ . unsolved.
Then suddenly stop working not loading at all in some pages, also random and unsolved yet. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/advanced-editor-suddenly-stop-working/I tryed al lot of things and follow your directions but without solving it.
Now a new bug, when i clone a grid row, and add content to it, update the page, and come back to edit the grid row or its content, its look odd like mising parts, i can click on edit element but cant save, in some ocations when i drag elements they stay overlapped with others and freezes and i cant interact in any way with that element. When i click update, that element is gone from the page.
You can test this last thign in this page http://www.fineco.ferozo.com/fnueva/?page_id=520Please, please please, take a look and bring me some help to solve this. Just for you to know i also re install a fresh enfold version and a fresh WPinstall

You are currently using Enfold 3.0.8. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.1.5 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

YigitMay 22, 2015 at 12:19 am #448096Hi Yigit, theme updated, and nothing changed, the problem still remains.
Any ideas??May 23, 2015 at 7:05 am #448956Hi!
Is this happening if the plugins are deactivated? I created a test page and the advance layout builder is working. http://www.fineco.ferozo.com/fnueva/?page_id=8419
Regarding, the content issue, maybe you added html tags in the page then some of it aren’t closed properly? There’s a lot of inquiries about the “content loss” but as it turned out, some of the custom html tags added inside the page are broken.
Cheers!
IsmaelMay 23, 2015 at 3:29 pm #449060Hi ismael, i deactivated ALL plugins, again and the problem still there. I went to the test page you created and work fine. The thing is that the error is pretty random, in some pages happens and in others dont.
Check this one and see it by your self http://www.fineco.ferozo.com/fnueva/?page_id=520 here a screen of the builder whe its freeze http://www.fineco.ferozo.com/fnueva/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/freeze.pngBesides this a new bug, the custom color picker in the color section and text block, so far, the field is wrong, you can see it here some screen shots of your test page http://www.fineco.ferozo.com/fnueva/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/grid-row-color.png
Regarding html tags, i´m not sure what they are and whats the use of them. Can you tell me where i have to look. how are they right now, and how is supose to be. If this is what generate this non normal behavior of the buielder, plese instruct me in how to correct them, close them in a proper way or get rid of them.
Have a good week end!
SalvadorMay 24, 2015 at 2:46 am #449151Hey!
Alright. Check the “Workshops” special heading element for example. Look at the strong tag. It’s not closed properly:
<strong>Workshops<strong>
It has to be:
<strong>Workshops</strong>
Same with the “Simposios” special heading element. It breaks the structure of the layout builder. After you fixed it, update the page then test if the builder is still freezing.

IsmaelMay 24, 2015 at 6:55 pm #449260Wow Ismael thanks, that fix that problem.
About the other issues, like not saving content. Could be for the same thing? The thing is that when it happens, the content its gone and i cant show it to you guys.Good weekend!
Thanks
SalvadorMay 28, 2015 at 8:19 am #450994Hey!
Yes, it could be the same thing. It usually happens when you create a container using a div or span tag manually. If you forget to close the tags, it will erase all the contents below it. Unfortunately, the builder can’t detect that mistakes so it will definitely break the layout.
Cheers!
IsmaelJuly 15, 2015 at 5:55 pm #473902Hi guys i am having the same problem in other page of the same site, i replicated here in a test page.
The avia builder doesnt load. So i added the elements one by one and saving in each step of the process. I have found that the last one, the image element is having the issue, i add the element, choose de picture, so far there works fine, but when i ad a link to the image and save, the builder never load again. the link is to a pdf hosted in the site nothing odd. http://www.fundacionineco.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/brochurefineco.pdf
But when i insert the link everithign brokes and i dont know why.
Can you gus take a look
thanksJuly 17, 2015 at 2:34 pm #474955Hey!
That’s pretty weird, not sure what’s going on there. You start getting 403 errors on the admin-ajax.php script whenever you link to a PDF file.
Try creating a backup of your .htaccess file and then delete it from your server and refresh your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks to see what happens.
I would also try uploading a fresh copy of the theme and deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,
ElliottJuly 18, 2015 at 9:20 pm #475300already done but the issue remains, any ideas?
July 20, 2015 at 8:36 pm #476121Hi!
Did you install WordPress manually or use a one click setup with your hosting provider? Try creating a test directory with a fresh copy of WordPress and Enfold to see if it happens there as well.
Best regards,
