    Hello,

    I just purchased the theme a few days ago.

    I want to edit pages through the Avia builder but all of a sudden the builder stopped working…

    When i click on the avia builder tabs 2 and 3 , they just wont show up or load. No response when clicking the tabs.

    Also when, for example, i want to change an icon in the icon toolbox the icons wont select.

    Please help i need to get this done asap.

    I use the enfold child theme, Both enfold and WP are up to date. No active plugins..

    I’ll give a test admin account for you to check in private.

    Hi PeterWP!

    can you please disable all of your plugins and then check if the builder is working and functioning properly?
    Let us know if there is a confilct with any of the plugins

    Please read my post, as i said, theme is up to date and no active plugins…

    So no, still not working.

    Please check it yourself.

    Hi,

    The builder seems to work as expected on my end using Chrome, could you try using another browser/computer to see if it’s a local issue please?

    Hello Rikard,

    Thanks for testing, indeed the problem seems to be local.
    Yesterday i tried on my own PC and a different notebook. The problem was still there on the other notebook.

    Now, today, i tested it on a PC somewhere else and there is no problem.

    Do you have advice what it should be?

    All browsers are Chrome btw with windows.

    Hi,

    Please try to clear the cache from the problem browser, restart, load the page again and the problem should be gone.

    Hi Rikard,

    I tried clearing cache through chrome options and did a clearing through CCleaner.

    Still not working, what can it be that Avia wont work on this pc?

    Hey!

    NO peter, Avia is a web builder, so it should not have issues with any PC.
    Is it possible to use a browser which never used to check that site?
