    Hi Guys,
    we’ve just loaded up our new enfold theme, but the avia builder won’t open the page to edit, we just get a spinning wheel. We have the up to date theme and wordpress 4.1 loaded, even with all plugins deactivated it won’t load, so we can’t edit anything. I have contacted our hosting company, siteground and they can’t see anything at their end. They will make any changes to the server if you can recommend something. Any help would be most appreciated as this is the second enfold theme I have purchased, the first one is working well and not facing this issue.

    Hey Manderey!

    Please try re-updating Enfold parent theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit

    Manderey, I hope you don’t mind me jumping in here. I’ve uploaded the new theme and I still get the spinning wheel. My old enfold folder is still on the server (called Enfold1) just as a backup, but wordpress is using the new theme.

    What should I do? I have a client waiting for my phone call.

    ***EDIT*** – The old theme has now been deleted but I still can’t load the builder. Thanks.

    @garethmilton     Can you please post the link to your website? We may need a temporary admin login as well. Please also try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps
