Avia Builder snippets

Hello,
Is there any way to have custom elements snippets?

For example i have a footer part that is repeated in all my pages. (newsletter and contact info). Its is just before footer section. I am already using the footer section with other elements and background.

I can see that i can create a template in Avia Builder and then add it when ever i want but unfortunately is not editable, so i have to change every page if i want to change something in my template.

Is there anyway to add it to every page easily and edit it separately whenever i want without having to edit every page or post?
