Hi,
I’ve come across a problem I cannot solve: changes are impossible with the Avia Builder.I needed to increase the number of items showing in the Magazine Element but when I try to save my changes nothing happens.
Can you help ?

October 16, 2016 at 9:08 pm #699698Hey!
Can you please make your /wp-content/ folder nad all the folders inside CHMOD to be 775 and check your php memory limit to be more than 256M
That will solve your issues it seems. Thanks a lot
Cheers!
BasilisOctober 16, 2016 at 9:46 pm #699706Hi,
I change the CHMOD and checked tje memory limit – set at 256 M.Still no difference… How far can I increase the memory limit? What is the necessary limit?
Thanks for your help
October 18, 2016 at 6:47 am #700393Hi,
256 should be enough but you could try to increase it to 512. Login is still not working though, I get this message:
Compte en attente : Votre compte n’est pas actif actuellement. Un administrateur doit l’activer avant que vous ne puissiez vous connecter.
Errors like the ones you are describing usually happen because of open html markup in the builder, could you check for anything like that on the page you are having problems with please?

RikardOctober 18, 2016 at 4:13 pm #700739Hi,
I increased the memory limit to 512 M0, the site works faster but I still cannot use Avia Builder properly. The account I created for you is normally valid. Please find below you login and a new password, I approved them.
I don’t know where and how to check the open html markup in the builder (beyond my competence…). Can you be more explicit? Is there any way of getting an brand new Avia Builder plugin?
Thanks for your help
October 19, 2016 at 12:05 pm #701185Hi,
Thanks, those details worked better. Not sure what page you are having problems on though, the front page? If so I couldn’t see any open markup there so that can’t be the problem. Also, what exactly are you trying to change? You could try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

RikardOctober 19, 2016 at 12:32 pm #701218Hi,
Thanks for having a look at it.My problem was indeed with the homepage: when trying to insert a bigger number of articles in the Magazine sections below the main slider (Création de sites web, Publications de guides), the Magazine module does not accept to save the change I want to implement (moving from 5 to 6 articles displayed).
Hope we’ll soon find the solution!
Cheers
October 21, 2016 at 2:36 pm #702415Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Afterwards please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyOctober 26, 2016 at 9:04 am #704171Hi, Andy
Thanks for your answers.
I tried some of your suggestions. I deactivated some plugins which were not essential and whose deactivation will not affect my website, cleared my browser cache, hard refreshed the site. No success so far.
OK to do your testing in order to solve the problem, hope it will not affect my homepage and the site itself.
Thanks for your help.

November 5, 2016 at 8:24 am #708592Hi,
This is fixed, can you check it on your end? I have checked on theme files and plugins. I have found out that this plugin is the cause Lightbox 3 if this is enabled you can’t do a thing, I have also disabled this plugin TinyMCE Advanced as it is showing lots of js errors. Let us know if it’s good on your end.
Best regards,
