    I have Enfold installed in one of my sites and I cannot edit the homepage via the Avia Builder. It shows that it’s loading but doesn’t load. I’ve tried it on multiple browsers and multiple computers. I may need to update my Enfold version but I cannot get the recent version on my Downloads.

    Thanks for the update.

    The admin_ajax.php file is currently not accessible. Please try to deactivate the plugins temporarily and ask your hosting provider if the mod_sec/mod_security module blocks or blacklists the said file. Is the site hosted on GoDaddy?

    They aren’t able to assist and suggest the issue is with the theme. Can you update my theme or provide me with the updated version?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply. We can help you out with updating yes, we need WordPress and FTP login details along with a verification that you have backups of the site in case something should go wrong. The WordPress details you sent earlier are not working.

    This ticket has been opened for over a month. Please update my theme to see if I can make one update to the homepage. Even with all plug-ins disabled, the Avia Builder will NOT respond. It shows the loading circle endlessly.

    Hey!

    The theme is now up to date, but we are still getting the same error with the admin_ajax.php file. It’s not accessible. Please ask your hosting provider if the server is blocking or blacklisting the admin_ajax.php file. What is the current PHP version? Please upgrade to 7.0 or higher versions.

    Hi, I am using your theme for another site of mine and I’m having the same issue. All the pages are editable besides the Contact page. The Avia Builder is not resolving yet again. I believe I’m on the most updated version of the theme.
