    Hi Mods,

    We are having a problem with one of the websites we developed with Avia Advanced Layout Builder just loading on our client’s end.
    Happening on multiple computers but everything is fine on our end, the developers.

    Here are the plugins being used:
    Contact Form 7
    Eggplant 301 Redirects
    EWWW Image Optimizer
    Head Footer and Post Injections
    Limit Login Attempts
    Multipart robot.txt editor
    Simple Custom CSS
    Wordfence Security
    WP Statistics
    Yoast SEO

    WordPress Version 4.8.1
    Enfold Theme Version Number is 3.1.5

    Disabling All plugins will fix it but we need those plugins active.
    If you can provide inputs that would help, we would really appreciate the help.

    Hey JoshWebstudio,

    Can you try to disable all plugins first then enable them one by one and check what specific plugin is causing the issue?

    Hi Nikko,

    We have isolated the problem to the WP Statistics plugin causing the builder not to load.
    Is there a way to address the issue and make that plugin work or should we consider alternative plugins at this point?
    We would really like to avoid the latter as much as possible.

    As the WP Statistics is a third party plugin, we recommend you to get in touch with the plugin team and ask about this conflict.
