    When i am trying to change the images in blocks within the editor and click on the “insert image” or any other image button it will not load the media library. I have tested on other sites and it is working properly. I have also disabled all plugins and it is still not working.

    I also tried defaulting back to the main enfold theme versus the child and that didnt work.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey dubado,

    Thanks for the login details. I changed one of the background image on the page in private, and that seems to be working as it should. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I had a look at your home page, and I see the same problem there. I think it might be caused by the Google Reviews, what happens if you remove that? If you want to create a test page, then you can enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. After that you can copy all your shortcodes to a new page.

    Hi Rikard,

    So the reviews widget on the page was messing with the editor. I have saved them as templates for when im done and can add later.

    This integration i used was from: elfsight.com
