Thanks for the update.
We added a few builder elements and updated the page, but we couldn’t reproduce the same issue. (see private field)

IsmaelMay 7, 2019 at 4:43 pm #1098121Thanks Ismael..very strange. I tried to isolate it and now it seems to work. So I’ve tried to go to the live page and change the font color of a section called “Transformation Advisory”.
Here is how you can recreate the error.
1. Open up the Services Page
2. Scroll down to the Transformation Advisory Icon box
3. Open it
4. Go the color section and define custom color for FONT.
5. Select the custom content font color to be #FFFFFFYou will see a bunch of errors in the console and you will also see that I cannot save the changes.
Login details are still the same.

May 11, 2019 at 5:15 pm #1099590Hi,
Can you please update our theme to the latest versioon that we have published a day ago?
Best regards,
BasilisMay 11, 2019 at 11:22 pm #1099647Hi Basilis,
I’ve updated the theme and still getting the errors.
See this:
If you go to edit the Services Page and view the Developers console (F11). You will see the same errors and more.
Access credentials to the site is still the same.
I also want to say that when I update the theme, I create a brand new directory and upload the zip file into that new directory. I DO NOT OVERWRITE the existing directory as that causes too many issues.
Thanks.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Thanks for the update.
We are able to reproduce the issue on that particular page, but not on the test page (see private field) that we just created. We added the same elements. Please try to delete the current “Services” page and create another from scratch.
Best regards,
