    Good Morning Support,

    Until recently, I had been using the Avia Builder Easy Slider as the opening banner on my home page.

    However, the area where the banner is placed remains completely blank; until the mouse is scrolled at which time the banner appears.

    I have not been able to see a thread with the same issue throughout the forums.

    Hey sebastien_guyot_alicesgarden,

    Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
