    My previous topic was closed, but I am still experiencing the problem. Avia builder keeps loading despite running the latest version and deactivating plugins. What can I do next?

    Here are the details, after all I tried it keeps having problems. I want to change the contact form in the contact page which is enclosed in the avia builder.

    Hey!

    You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.3.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I entered the API key and the display says:

    Theme Updates

    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! Great!

    Check Manually

    When I check manually there are no updates….

    Hey!

    Please try updating the theme manually via FTP by referring the video in the link i posted above.
    Envato API had some issues, if you are sure that your API key is correct, you probably missed the update during the issues.
