    Hello,
as long as I build a new page, I noticed I can add elements using the avia advanced editor. Instead, I can switch to the normal editor and add text, shortcodes, etc…

the huge problem is that as soon as I switch from avia to normal, I can’t see the elements embedded using Avia as shortcodes. I see nothing at all. In addition, if I add shortcodes, text, etc.. using the normal editor, I can’t see the changes in the avia advanced editor.

Finally, switching from one to another often means losing the elements added in one way or another.

I sorted the topics and couldn’t find a solution. I read it is an intentional chiche for enfold. In my opinion it doesn’t work at all. I used other templates with advanced editors and I could switch from normal, to advanced, to backend, without any problem. And in any view I could see everything (visual, text, shortcode, code, depending on the view chosen).

Is there a solution to get this? Please reply asap, as I’m on a rush and, in case there is no solution, I will have to switch to another theme.

    thanks
    Stefano

    Hey stefanogonella!

it does work for me. So there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Cheers!
    Andy
