AV Font Icons from FAQ demo is not showing up

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Thanks for giving us both admin access and screenshot.
We have added the missing icons/font in Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager.

Those icons are from https://www.flaticon.com/packs
And to add it you can follow the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-

The other alternative to that, which I used, is download the specific demo, in this case is ‘knowledgebase’ to my local server, then go to wp-content > uploads > avia_fonts folder, you should see the custom icon’s folder there, just zip it then upload it to your site as specified in the instructions above.

Well, svg is a part of it, what you’ll need to upload is a zip file.
Inside the zip file, you’ll have iconfont including svg, here’s a screenshot of the composition: https://imgur.com/DMxJKIg

I just tested both fontello and flaticon and both works fine.
In flaticon after you downloaded the pack, unzip it and you should see different folders like eps, font, license, png, psd, and svg.
Zip the font folder (it should contain .eot, .svg, .ttf and .woff file), and upload it to Enfold and it should work just fine.
