Hi, I’ve updated to the latest version of the theme and am testing the auto responder functionality of the contact form… while I correctly receive a notification that the form has been submitted (to the sites email address), I do not receive the auto responder message to the visitors email.
Address has been filled in correctly and a new message has been input into the necessary field – can you take a look at what might be going wrong

I am facing a similar issue. I have reconfigured my contact form to send emails using SMTP via a plugin. This has sorted out the issue of not receiving emails at all. However, I am still unable to receive auto-response emails.

I made some tests and came up with the conclusion that the problem is when you use more than one recipient (try changing that in your newsletter form and perform a test).
