    Hi,

    as descript here. Youtube Video doesn’t start automatically when opening the lightbox.

    i tried

    https://www.youtube.com/embed/6jE1jxFB2Ic?autoplay=1&cc_load_policy=1&enablejsapi=1&ecver=2&playsinline=1&rel=0&showinfo=0&color=white&iv_load_policy=3&iframe=true

    and also

    But it doesnt seem to be autoplaying

    Yes, I could have a look at it. Actually, the video did start to autoplay when I accepted the cookies. Please test.

    Did you see the date of the post? September 13, 2018
    This is long time ago – and all the nice addenda to influence the playback have been deleted by Google – although some of them are still listed in their link.
    Most mobile devices do not autoplay videos on default – or do not play if it is not muted.

    The Screencast I made is on normal desktop on an iMac.

    So there should be autoplay working.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. When we click the Mehr erfahren button, the video automatically plays. Have you tried muting it? Please note that browsers prevent video autoplay when audio is enabled.

    The video is muted of course. Could you please give me the your browser specification so i can replicate the autoplay.

    i tried mutliple browsers and it didn’t work.

    You need to set both parameters like this example to make it work:

    We tested the site on Firefox Browser Developer 74.0b9 (64-bit) on Windows 10.
