    Hi, I am using the version 4.5.5 of enfold. I am building my web page. I have a problem with the full easy slider. I show a video in this slider and I want it to play automatically, means that you don’t see the play sign and you don’t have to press anything. I have selected autoplay in the options but it’s still the same. I hope somebody can Help me to adjust the easy slider or recommend me a different form or plugin to get the video played automatically when opening the website.

    Hey budesheim,

    Are you using a CDN on the site? If so then please try turning that off to see if it helps. If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, it looks to be autoplaying fine on my end when logged in. That means it’s likely a problem with caching. Please try to clear the cache from your caching plugin and leave it deactivated to see if that makes any difference.
