We have Learndash installed and used the autoplay feature there without problems on Enfold 4.1.2. – Then all of a sudden, without any obvious reason it stopped working on chrome and in the console you could see an error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of undefined
at l (avia.js?ver=4.1:2414)We updated to the newest Enfold 4.3.1 and now we get a different error.
The autoplay still works on Firefox but not on Chrome. The error appearce on both browsers but only seems to effect Chrome.
The error is:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘data’ of undefined

Thanks for the links, though I can’t see a video on the page you linked to? Do we need to be logged in to be able to see the problem?
Best regards,

Can you try to go to Enfold > Performance then set the following:
- Javascript file merging and compression: Disable – no Javascript file merging and compression
- Disabling of template builder elements: Always load all elements
- Check Delete old CSS and JS files?
Hope this helps.
Best regards,

I did all the things you suggested and now I get this error :
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘value’ of undefined
at l (slideshow-video.js?ver=4.9.6:527)May 23, 2018 at 5:22 pm #960996Hi techsupport-is,
I have checked it again and I’m still not sure what’s causing the error though it’s shows what js file specifically has the issue.
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
Nikko -
