    Hello everybody,

    I just purchased the enfold theme and installed it correctly. I have build multiple sites but I have never encounterd the follow problem:

    When I adjust something in my dashboard on the home page, it automatticaly deletes content when i change something. Complete parts on my website are missing, while my dashboard is saying something totally different. When I refresh my dashboard everything there is gone aswell.

    Please help me! I tried to deactivate all plugins, asked the host & reinstalled everything. In addition I tried chaning the PHP-values.

    Its really demotivating to build the database over and over again.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    That issue usually occurs when there is broken HTML on the page. Could you please make sure that is not the case?

    If you would like us to look into it, please share WP admin logins here privately and point out the page where content disappears :)

    Hi,

    I could not see an issue on your Blog page however Strong tag was not properly closed on your other two pages. Correct usage of Strong tag is as following 

    
<strong>Here goes my strong text!</strong>

    I have corrected the tags and you should no longer have the issue. Please review your website :)

    Thankyou very much! I will check if the problem occurs again soon.

    So there was no HTML-problem? But only an uncorrect form of the Strong tag? intersting haha.

    I will review my site when it is done :P

    Yes, actually it is the HTML problem. Improperly closed Strong tag broke HTML :)
