    Hi,

    on https://inter-trans.de I am using the automated numbers for quite some time without any problems. From the last update on, the numbers rest on 000, no matter what browser I use, cleared cache and so on. Are there any experiences around with this phenomenon, maybe a solution? Thanks for your kind assistance.

    Hey Sebastian,

    You are getting some error messages related to jQuery on the site, could you try activating the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps please? If not then please try deactivating file compression and select to not load jQuery in the footer as well.

    I see that you are using a CDN, you could try to disable that temporarily as well if the above measures don’t change anything. If none of my suggestions should change anything then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi Rikard,
    thanks for your kind reply, I could solve the issue with you pointing me at the Enfold performance section. deactivating file compression and then reactivating it did the trick. So, problem is history & can be marked as solved.
