January 25, 2018 at 12:28 pm #902787Hey azinity,
Please attempt to update the theme via FTP and see if the auto update function begins to work correctly.

Jordan ShannonJanuary 25, 2018 at 12:47 pm #902811hi jordan, thanks for your fast response.
our client knows shit about ftp! its outrageous!
manual update in the admin panel doesnt work either!! we hit the “update manually” in the theme update tab of ENFOLD which brought us to the update page but there is no update under theme.
i read on the forum about the auto update issue which has scared away a lot of prospective buyers, buddy!
January 25, 2018 at 1:09 pm #902827Hi,
Apologies, but apparently the issue is from Envato API and I am afraid there is not a lot we can do.
Suggesting to update through FTP is the only possible fix.Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJanuary 25, 2018 at 1:48 pm #902843hi jordan, appreciate your responsiveness.
we never had any theme update issue with the Bridge theme (https://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054) which uses envato api too!!! is there a problem with enfold or envato????????
January 25, 2018 at 6:47 pm #902961Hi,
This is an issue that has been reported to the devs so at this moment it is still being looked into, but it is clearly an issue with the API in regards to Enfold if your other API’s are currently operating correctly. Apologies for this issue, but hopefully we can have this resolved soon no matter what end is the culprit.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJanuary 25, 2018 at 7:01 pm #902967Its working fine for ma as from the 4.2.2 release 4 sites updated. a couple didnt show up straight away so if your still not seeing the option try switching screens to plug ins and then dashboard-updates, that did the trick for me

Jordan ShannonJanuary 29, 2018 at 12:28 pm #904230Hi,
same problem here. In my case it depends on the server the sites are hosted.
This Plugin helped: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/best regards
KatharinaJanuary 29, 2018 at 3:46 pm #904285And just watch you are uploading by FTP in Binary. Been around the house trying to work out why the social media and search icons were missing. Turns out Filezilla was uploading in ASCII :(
