    Hi there,

    I had wanted to auto convert #hashtags created into links in Portfolio Items but were unable to find a plugin or any solutions online that can enable that function automatically.

    The other plugins on wordpress found online mainly targets the WordPress Posts itself rather than Portfolio items.

    Thus may I seek help to identify a way to go about doing this? Thank you!

    OR is there a way to convert tags created to auto couple with a ” # ” as a prefix to each tag? So that it will appear as a #Tag instead the default of ‘ Tag ‘ ?
