I see you have an update today but do not see it in my updates in theme on my website for download. Will this be available through our own websites?

Did you try to check manually for the update in the theme options? If that doesn’t work then you can try running this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/
Otherwise you can download the package from your Themeforest account.
