Author pictures in posts & change to date format

Hi,

Within posts on Enfold is it possible to show the authors image similar to how it is on here https://www.ladbible.com/news/weird-mike-tyson-once-offered-a-zookeeper-10000-to-fight-a-gorilla-20200725?

Also is it possible to change the date format rather than being dd/mm/yy – e.g. like in the link above where it says the day name etc.
