Author pages not working

For some reason, the links to the authors on my blog are not taking people to the specific author pages. The link sends them to the home page. This is fairly important as I am starting to bring in many other contributors.

Here is an example post where the link is broken. I tried many of them and it seems none of them work. This used to work before though. now sure what is the problem.

Actually, now as I clicked it again I am seeing that it tries to go to the author page and then redirects to the home page. At least when I click on an article with my name. When I click on another content contributor it redirects directly to the home page.
