    My first attempt to contact you: I have a downloaded valid purchase code that you are not verifying. So frustrating when I am trying to ask a question and I CANNOT get registered.
    Your Answer: Are you using the same email address as the one you’re using here when you try to create an account in the forum? Upon checking, the email address is already registered, but it’s attached to a different purchase code. Please try using a different email address or recover your previous account.
    Second Attempt: This is for Susan Desko – (Email address hidden if logged out) . She is my client. I purchased the enfold theme for her and downloaded the License.pdf but I cannot validate the license on your site and I have a question/ need tech support. How do we move forward ??? Envato has us locked out of the account and is not responding either and I am at wits end. There is no chat and no way for me to move forward.

    Hey Susan Desko,
    Thank you for your patience, in order to register for the support forum the first step is to register here, I assume that you have already tried this, when I check your Purchase Code the check returns: ITEM PURCHASE CODE IS INVALID
    perhaps your Purchase Code is incompete, I recommend checking again.
    From your post above it sounds like you can not login to your account, if this is true then you will need to contact Envato because they are the only ones that can create licenses, we can not create or provide licenses and our system only checks with Envato if a purchase code is valid, we don’t have access to the Envato backend.
