    Hello,

    I was thinking that my portfolio items were a custom post type. And I was hoping to do some arranging and linking in my site by category – but the portfolio items or categories are not available. So that has me wondering if the portfolio items are even posts.

    Can you provide some clarity?

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    I wasn’t looking to hire anybody. I wasn’t asking Kresi to do anything. I was asking for information. That’s what it means when someone says “can you provide clarity?” Clarity is information that has helped someone to understand a situation better.

    Portfolio items are a CPT yes, what exactly is not working and how can we reproduce the problem?

    Everything is working fine. I’m just working out what options I have for displaying certain content. Confirming that the portfolio was a custom post type was my first. step. Now I know for sure.
