    Hi Enfold team,

    I set up Enfold on an arabic wordpress site
    I used the WordPress arabic language pack and activated it in wordpress settings.
    I used an arab keyboard setting in windows.

    So far so good, i can write RTL et the WordPress UI seems ok.

    But nothing from Enfold is translated in arabic.
    I noted there is an “ar” file in enfold mo files
    Is this the translation of Enfold admin chains ?
    If it is, how can I activate it ?

    Hi!

    Is following set in wp-config.php file? 

    define('WPLANG', 'ar_AR');

    If not, please make sure to set it

    Thanks Yigit but that doesn’t change anything. Is is still necessary for Enfold ?
    Because we can read in WordPress Settings/Site Language :
    “Note: The WPLANG constant in your wp-config.php file is no longer needed.”

    So, as i described in my first mail, my wordpress is in arabic (standard wordpress interface is translated).
    But all specific Enfold menus (Portfolio Items, Enfold Panel…) are not translated.
    What can i do ?

    Hi!

    The language files exists but they are not fully translated yet. I’m afraid you have to translate them yourself because we only rely on other users to translate the theme for obvious reasons. Use the Codestyling Localization or POEdit software to translate the theme options.

    Thanks Ismaël, that seems logical because of the very small size of ar.mo
    I must know try to check what is already translated, i didn’t noted any translated chain … ;)
