Hi,
I have 3 Enfold theme licences. On my Envato account, I can see two tokens registered, one named CraftsHive Resources and the other for Enfold-CH-1.
How and where do I access my account to get or reset these keys?
I used to be able to register with the licence info that I downloaded from Envato. I used them a lot for setting up temporary sites before recommending your template to my clients/colleagues/friends. I love your theme, but this system is very confusing. I use it now for all my sites, my profile at drdeetlefs.com and about to create an entire ecosystem for my different research and community engagement projects. .
I can’t afford to purchase support. I don’t need help with the product; I need help with the registration of the keys or whatever I need for the products I have purchased to be validated. I keep being sent to the support site, but where is the information about my APY keys? It is driving me nuts!

Hey Rhodian,
I’m not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I’m guessing that you are trying to register your theme licenses? If so, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If you should need help with anything which is specific to the Envato/Themeforest backend, then it might be better if you reached out directly to their support.
