Hi Kriesi
I am having several support cases in here that I am moving slowly to fix beacuse I don’t have the Appearance – Editor i my menu. Now I am opening a subject to have the editor back so that I can easier solve the othe problems.

It may have been disabled in wp-config.php
open wp-config.php in a text editor via ftp and look for:define( 'DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true );change to false.
I didn’t see any of the regular plugins that add this on your site, so perhaps it was added by your WordPress install script on your webhost?Best regards,
MikeI haven’t tried that before. I triede going to a browser and wrote ftp://thenameofmysite.dk – but that is not correct, is it? Cn you tell me how to if I know nothing about ftp?

Sorry this is turning into a bigger task than it first sounded, for a NAT router you will need to allow Filezilla though, these steps should help.
But if you add the FTP access to the Private Content area, I’ll take a look for you. If you are unsure if you have the correct FTP info, then perhaps include access to your webhost cPanel, so we can solve your editor issue quickly.Best regards,
