Hi there,
It seems since we updated to the latest version (we are also using a child theme) that the Menu page (under Appearance) is not rendering fully in any browser. This means that we cannot make any changes to our menus at the moment. Many thanks.
RobertJanuary 21, 2015 at 8:51 pm #383337Hey rpl_admin!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having problems after doing the above two steps then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

Thank you for the link. The Menus panel is working fine. I was able to create a test menu here: http://trulern.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php?menu=253
Best regards,

I edited your Footer menu. It didn’t have any links set to it so I added two and saved and it’s displaying fine.
Try clearing your browser cache or try editing in a different browser.
Cheers!

Have you tried using another browser? Chrome perhaps? As you see, we were able to edit the settings on the menu panel.
Best regards,

Precisely what’s puzzling me. You were able to do that but I am not! Just tried again in Safari and Chrome and getting the same.
Any other ideas?
Many thanks,
Robert
February 3, 2015 at 9:06 pm #390369Hi!
Can you create a screencast of what’s going on? https://www.screenr.com/
What happens when you login with a different user?
And logging in on a different computer?
Cheers!

February 4, 2015 at 3:19 am #390492Hi,
Sorry In can’t waste any more time trying to get screenr to run! But the procedure is very straightforward we click on Appearance, we then click on Menus, and we get the page that we showed in the screenshot above.
Tried in all browsers and even on an iPhone – same unrendered page appears.
Thanks,
Robert
February 4, 2015 at 5:21 am #390505Hello again,
BTW, we are using Enfold on another site and running version 2.9.2. I’ve just checked and we are not getting this problem in the admin of that site.
Thanks,
Robert
February 4, 2015 at 6:57 am #390538Hi Robert!
To fix the menu problem, try the following:
1. Switch to the default WordPress theme.
2. Go to Appearance > Menus
3. You’ll probably see some red menu items, remove them.
4. Switch back to Enfold.Regards,
JosueFebruary 4, 2015 at 7:12 am #390548Hi Josue,
Well done! Seems you solved the problem. How did you know those invalid links were there?
Anyway, many thanks. Hopefully we can put some links in the footer to our terms and privacy pages.
Robert
