Hi there- I’ve purchased your theme many times for many sites and this is the first time I’m having problems. I have purchased and uploaded the theme to the site just like I normally do, but when I try to preview or activate the theme I get a “The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.” I have increased the memory for the server to nominal limits but still get the error. I’ve disabled existing plug-ins, etc. I should have just built this website from scratch rather than trying to retrofit something to their wonky settings.
Any help is much appreciated.
Let me understand you correctly; this is an existing page that you wanted to put on Enfold, and this leads to the problems.
Maybe there are custom entries in the htaccess file.Hi joneserooni,
I’m not sure I understand the problem, could you try to explain a bit further please? Also, where can we see and reproduce the problem?
