Hey there,
I just purchased yet another license of the Enfold Theme, and I have to admit that I find the process of obtaining/registering the required API key to register the theme with you guys a disservice to loyal customers. Now, at the Envanto Themeforest Site, I’m looking at different legacy API key, which enable me to generate a new API key. Problem, if I do so, it invalidates the API key for my other site. So, how am I going to resolve this. I have to admit that I hate Envanto/Theme Forest with a passion for their quirky ways of going about rather simple things … but I love you guys and the great work you do. So, how am I going about to fix this.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

Did you have any luck looking into this Private Token issue for me.
It’s a project for a good client I’m working on and I avoid the impression that the theme I’m using for this project isn’t properly licensed and updated.
I’d really appreciate your help with this, Victoria.

VictoriaSeptember 11, 2019 at 1:05 pm #1137011Hello Victoria,
I looked into the PHP upgrade and even discussed this with my hosting provider. It seems that the current version that’s installed (5.6.1) is considered stable – while the latest version (7.2) still has some backward compatibility issues. Moreover, that’s certainly not what causes the problem with my private token registration for the site I’m working on.
I have multiple Enfold licenses, including for my own site, and the private token authentication worked perfectly – even though I have PHP 5.6.1 installed on all my sites. So, could you please look into that? I’d really appreciate it.September 16, 2019 at 3:10 pm #1138838Hi MadRhino,
php5.6.3 is the minimum requirement for the WordPress as of some time ago already. As for the token, you need to try in another browser or incognito mode. It is generated on the Envato end and we cannot really affect it.
Best regards,
Victoria -
