API or token (or purchase code) doesn't seem to work

i logged but who i go to download i find 4 of the thems i bought (3 enfold and one X the them) as the Envato market place doesn’t specify which website each of them is dedicated to i tried the 4 of them into the “Enter a valid Envato private token” cell in my wordpress Enfold them update page .. .and for the 4 of the purchase code it says the same :

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)

Following errors occured:

Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

why any of the purchase code is working ? i have no single clue of what should be done
