    Hi there,

    There is something strange going on with the mailchimp connection in the enfold settings.

    I doesn’t connect to mailchimp anymore.

    I have tried:
    – different api codes from my own mc-installation in my site – not working
    – api codes from other mc-installations in my site – not working
    – my api code from my own mc-installation in another enfold-site – working
    – api codes from other mc-installations in another enfold- site – working

    Strange story, or what?

    Can you help me find out what might be happening here?

    Thanks for the login details. What happens if you disable your caching/optimisation plugins?

    Hi Rikard,

    I have tried (and flushed the browser) but no luck unfortunately :-( (see screenshot below)

    Strange thing, it does work in the popup from mailmunch.

    What might be wrong?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login, when I check your MailChimp API key in the theme options it seems to work correctly, showing 5 different optins.
    Please clear your browser cache and check, please see the screenshot in Private Content area.
    Perhaps MailChimp was down when you last checked and now it is up?

    I guess you have done some magic as Mailchimp didn’t experience errors when I did my investigation.
