GuestIch habe mein zweites Enfold bereits installiert und bekomme nun kein neues update auf 4. Ist mein Api Key falsch und wenn wo überprüfe ich das?
May 22, 2017 at 3:39 pm #797706Hey Norbert,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,

I got the update with the Themeforest Api Key. It works with one Number of Api Key for all my downloads? – or I have got for every download an extra Api Key? and where I found them. I buy now 3 Enfold wordpress themes and this is realy special to handle it.
thank You for advice, NorbertMay 22, 2017 at 4:02 pm #797726Hi Norbert,
It is always better to generate a new API key for each site, not to confuse them or in case you need to revoke them :)
