Dear all,
our customer buy your template 2 years ago from his agency.
Now we have a contract but he haven’t the details to login to have your support.We need support from you but our customer hasn’t the detail to login themeforest and the old agency doesn’t tell him.

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we need the purchase code so you can register to our support forum, the themeforest username and api key is only used for receiving theme updates.
You can try to contact Envato’s help center: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
The other option is to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.Best regards,
