    Hi guys,

    At first, congrats about Enfold. We’ve made amazing things with it.
    We updated our site to WordPress 4.6 and everything worked fine, but after updated Enfold to 3.8 version, all type of sliders (Easy slider, Fullscreen slider etc) disappeared.

    We have been tried many solutions, since de-active all plugins, de-active style file in child theme, manual update of files but nothing worked at all. How can you guys help us in this matter?

    Hi guys,

    Someone can help us? Enfold 3.8 is a big and important update. We cant update our public site until this issue is resolved.

    We don’t have static IPs, is there anyway you can put the site on a publicly accessible server?

    Hi,

    We checked your site and in the console tab there are a few js errors. I’m mostly certain this is due to a conflict with a plugin or the theme files are not updated correctly. Post us the login credentials so we can take a closer look at it.

    Hi!

    Is this a shared hosting? It takes a while before any page loads and sometimes the site can’t be reached because it’s taking too long to respond. Did you try @Vinay’s suggestion regarding the plugins? We see a lot of js errors which are not related to the theme.
