    A company website completly crashed since more than 16 hours now due to an update of Enfold and no reaction …..
    Can we please have some support?

    It IS NOT DUPLICATE since it is THREE DIFFERENT WEBSITES and THREE DIFFERENT LICENCES

    Ok – since now we will use the users connected to the licence.
    It will be 24 different users, some of them having the same problem.
    You like that better?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, though the site in private is working fine on my end?

    If you want to avoid problems on updates then you should do them on a staging version of the site first, then you don’t have to create panic threads like this in the future. Try following a process like this on updates.
